Our full-service management includes:

  • Assisting condominium boards in following the Condominium Act and amendments, including advice and consultation on new policies, by-laws and regulations as required.
  • Collection and administration all fees payable to the Board for operating expenses and reserve accounts.
  • Performing regular property inspections.
  • Arrange and contract necessary repairs and maintenance for repairs, cleaning, and grounds-keeping services.
  • Administering payment for regular and special maintenance for common areas, the condominium property, and facilities.
  • Providing regular financial reports, including monthly reports of income and expenditures, and, if required, year- end audited financial statements and yearly budgets.
  • Planning and attendance at annual general meetings and board meetings, preparation and distribution of all minutes and agendas
  • Preparation of the Property Management Annual Report to present at the annual general meeting of owners.
