Rental Application

Application Requirements

  • Applicants must view the property with our property manager before your application will be processed. You may call us at 306-652-7736 to arrange a showing or we will be in contact with you. We may require you to have a cosigner if you do not have sufficient previous rental history. Be prepared to provide proof of employment and income upon request such as:
  • Paystubs for the most recent month of employment
  • Benefit stub for social assistance
  • Employment insurance, or WCB recipients
  • Bank statement showing deposits for employment income
  • Child tax, rental and/or employment supplement 
  • Parental support, student loan schedule or notice of assessment for most recent tax year if self employed
  • If you own property proof of ownership may be required such as current tax roll, mortgage statement

All tenants must purchase and hold tenant insurance.

A signed copy by all applicants must be received by our office with government issued photo ID to finalize the application process.

Upon application approval, a minimum of ½ of the full security deposit must be paid within 48 hours by email money transfer, or debit. Social Assistance applicants will be required to complete a move form for the issue of a letter of guarantee.

We cannot guarantee your unit/suite until the lease agreement is signed, and the deposit is paid. 

Pet friendly properties require a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet, a separate pet application and proof of licensing.
