Application/Term Lease Agreement

Please include a copy of your government issued photo ID and proof of income. Application Requirements:
We may require you to have a cosigner if you do not have sufficient previous rental history. You are required to provide proof of employment and income with your application such as:
- Paystubs for the most recent month of employment, benefit stub for social assistance, employment insurance, WCB
- Bank statements showing current bank balance, &/or deposits for employment income, child tax, rental and/or employment supplement, parental support, student loan schedule
- Notice of assessment for most recent tax year if self employed
All tenants must purchase and hold tenant insurance at all times.
A signed copy of the Application / Term Lease Agreement by all applicants must be received by our office with government issued photo ID.
Upon application approval, a minimum of ½ of the full security deposit must be paid within 48 hours by email money transfer, or debit. Social Assistance applicants will be required to complete a move form for the issue of a letter of guarantee.
***We cannot guarantee your unit/suite until the lease agreement is signed, and the deposit is paid.
Pet friendly properties require a non-refundable pet fee of $300.00 per pet, a separate pet application and proof of licensing.
