     For all maintenance requests please either call the office, send an e-mail, or stop by in-person during our business hours: Mon-Fri 9:00am-12:00pm & 1:00pm-4:30pm.

After hours Emergency:

 

     For afterhours emergencies call (306)652-7736 and press 9 to be transferred to our on call personnel. We are available 24/7.

     Please be mindful of what constitutes an emergency. Emergencies are issues that affect you or other people's health and safety, or put the property/building at risk. 

​

     Please note that if we attend to an event that is a non emergency you will be charged for this after-hour call out. For example, lockouts or lost keys.
